First-Ever Photo Make-Up Tutorial: Summer Eye Make-Up

We are back, with our first-ever photo make-up tutorial as requested by you, our lovely Evolving Beauties, for our new Beauty Palette page.  Today, we are going to show you how to get a bronzed summer eye make-up look with Rimmel’s Traffic Eye Stopping Eyeshadow palettes, £6.49, in-store and online at Boots. All you need are the right shades, 005 Speeding and 001 Over the Limit, a bit of courage and your beautiful eyes, of course.

Step 1: After moisturising and applying your fave primer and foundation, use the lightest shade in the Over the Limit palette and glide it from the inner corner of your eye to the middle of your eyelid. Repeat this step for the lower lid, but this time, apply the shadow between the inner corner and the start of the iris.
Step 2: Using the middle shade in the Over the Limit palette, the perfect bronze colour for our summer eye make-up tutorial, glide the shadow from the start of the iris to the end of the eyelid. Then, with a little bit of the lightest shade in Step. 1, apply it over the brow bone.
Step 3: With Over the Limit’s darkest shade, fill the crease with it. This will make that bronze summer eye make-up pop.
Step 4: Mix the two green shades in the Speeding palette. Starting from the iris, glide your eyeliner brush toward the end of your eyelid.
Next and the last step in our photo make-up tutorial, apply a few flicks of your fave mascara on your top and lower lashes.

We hope you enjoyed our first photo make-up tutorial and will smolder in your new summer eye make-up. For full make-up tutorials, check out Mobile Makeover.
